This sketch resembles a character that I created in my mind. The name is Scarlet Luna and her hair supposed to be painted in red (scarlet to be exact). I really love this hairstyle.

This is the definition of scarlet (colour) that I thought to be the most exact. Some dictionary describe scarlet as dark red (but to me, crimson had already done the job to describe deep red colour):
